  Orienson has added new equipment to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Recently, Orienson. announced exciting news: to further improve production efficiency and optimize product quality, the company has newly added 3 stamping presses and multiple sets of automated equipment, injecting fresh momentum into its high-quality development.
Among the newly procured Komatsu stamping presses, 2 are 80-ton models and 1 is a 45-ton unit, capable of meeting the stamping processing needs of hardware products of varying specifications. As a globally renowned stamping machine brand with a long history, outstanding technology and widespread market recognition, Komatsu holds a prominent position in the stamping equipment sector. Its presses incorporate a number of advanced technologies: for instance, the plunger-guided slide technology can extend mold lifespan by at least 30%. The servo die cushion equipped on its servo presses leverages the high-speed response of servo motors to achieve superior formability and shorter commissioning time. In addition, the presses are equipped with advanced functions such as Press Line Simulator (PLS) for die interference check, which can generate optimal motion trajectories. Komatsu presses prioritize quality, adopting heavy-duty steel plates, rigid frame structures, precision helical gears and other high-quality components, combined with advanced manufacturing processes. This ensures high precision, high rigidity and high stability of the presses, enabling reliable performance during long-term operation and reducing failure rates.
The new presses feature significant improvements in precision control and operational stability, allowing them to accurately complete complex stamping processes, effectively reduce product processing errors and ensure consistent product quality. Meanwhile, the new presses are easy to operate and are paired with intelligent control systems that can monitor production parameters in real time, facilitating timely adjustments by staff and lowering the incidence of production failures.
In addition to stamping presses, the company has also added equipment such as CCD automatic inspection and packaging all-in-one machines. The introduction of automated equipment has greatly reduced manual operation procedures, not only cutting labor costs and labor intensity, but also significantly improving production efficiency.
