Orienson Officially Passes Asensing Technology’s Audit and Becomes Its Qualified Supplier
Recently, Dongguan Orienson Hardware & Electrical Co., Ltd. (Orienson) has successfully completed the supplier system audit by Guangzhou Asensing Technology Co., Ltd. (Asensing) and officially become a qualified structural component supplier for the company. The two sides will launch cooperation in the R&D, trial production and mass supply of precision hardware structural components for products including automotive high-precision positioning and intelligent perception modules, jointly driving the industrial upgrading of intelligent driving and spatiotemporal perception.
Asensing is a leading domestic solution provider of high-precision positioning and inertial navigation, specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of MEMS inertial navigation and integrated positioning systems. Its products have obtained automotive-grade certifications such as ISO 26262 ASIL-D and ASPICE L2, serving mainstream automakers including BYD, XPeng, Volkswagen and Toyota, and is a designated supplier for over 100 mass-produced vehicle models.
This audit covered a full range of dimensions including quality system, process control, production capacity guarantee, reliability testing and delivery capability. Leveraging its mature automotive-grade manufacturing experience, high-precision processing capacity and rapid response system, Orienson met Asensing’s admission requirements in a single pass. Going forward, Orienson will supply Asensing with key precision structural components such as sensor housings, module brackets, shielding structures and connecting parts, supporting the large-scale delivery of its high-end positioning products.
